Destination Management Plan - Exhibition of Draft Plan

In short

Ku-ring-gai Council has prepared a draft Destination Management Plan (DMP) to guide tourism and visitation in our area. It sets out how we will manage visitors, protect our natural and cultural assets, support local businesses and balance community needs with sustainable tourism.

We have already undertaken extensive consultation to develop the plan, including a community survey and meetings with Council teams, local businesses, First Nations representatives, government agencies and partner organisations. The draft plan is the result of that work.

The draft has 24 actions across four pillars. We are now seeking your feedback on the draft.
