Project details

Our objective

We're committed to improving local drainage by replacing the aging system with modern stormwater infrastructure. Our design carefully minimises disruption to the vibrant Wahroonga shopping precinct.

What we're delivering

The planned improvements include:

  • New stormwater drainage lines within Railway Avenue between Redleaf Avenue and Station Lane
  • Additional drainage collection points along Railway Avenue
  • Enhanced drainage pit at the Railway Avenue and Station Lane intersection

Community-focused construction

To minimise community and business impact, work will take place overnight. Most activities will be contained to the roadway, keeping pedestrian pathways fully accessible. Each morning, the site will be restored to ensure safe, normal road use throughout the day.
